Houndia sells downloadable digital guides, delivered as PDF files. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no delivery addresses, no carriers, no shipping charges, and no delivery times to wait out. This policy exists to describe how you actually receive what you bought.
There are three routes, and all three are available immediately:
Individual download links expire 7 days after they are issued. That limit is a security measure, not a limit on your access — the guide itself remains yours. If a link has expired, sign in to My Library and download it again, which issues a fresh link. There is no cap on how many times you can do this.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. Delivery is triggered by Razorpay confirming the payment rather than by the browser redirect, which is why your guide is waiting for you even if your connection drops between paying and returning to the site. Confirmation is usually instant; in the rare case it takes a few seconds longer, the confirmation page waits and updates itself.
Everywhere. Because delivery is by download and email, there are no countries we cannot deliver to and no regional restrictions on our guides.
If your confirmation email has not appeared within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder first — that is where it usually is. If it still is not there, or a download will not open, email us at hello@houndia.com and we will get the guide to you directly. A delivery problem is never a reason you would need to buy something twice.
